How to prepare for a puppy or dog visit

A good visit gives you time to meet the dog, understand their home and ask the seller thoughtful questions. Use these four checks to make the most of it.

   Bring every adult decision-maker and write down the questions you want to remember.

   Watch the dog in the place they know. For puppies, watch the dam interact with the litter.

   Open the Doggos evidence record and compare the names, dates and premises with what you see.

   Take time to think before paying, especially if the address, dog, dam, documents or seller differ from the listing.
