Draft for legal review

Marketplace participation rules.

Doggos is a verification-led introductions platform, not the seller, veterinary authority or animal-welfare regulator.

Seller obligations

Sellers must provide complete, accurate and current evidence; list only dogs they are authorised to place; use the verified premises; disclose material health and welfare facts; keep communication on-platform; and notify Doggos of any relevant change.

Prohibited conduct

Account sharing, identity or premises substitution, brokering, imported litter resale, misleading health claims, duplicate or altered evidence, off-platform payment pressure, paid ranking manipulation and attempts to evade a hold or ban are prohibited.

Moderation and appeals

Doggos may reject, hold, remove or preserve content and suspend access to protect users or dogs. Decisions record a reason and evidence basis. Eligible final decisions have a time-limited appeal reviewed by someone not responsible for the original decision.

No absolute guarantee

Checks reduce risk but cannot prove that every statement or future action is safe. Buyers must follow the visit and payment guidance and report inconsistencies promptly.
