Clifford is a small, funny little character who is currently in our kennels. He is a NO TOUCH dog who does not want or enjoy physical handling or cuddles, and his boundaries must be fully respected at all times. He needs a very specific, understanding permanent foster home where he is given time, space and the freedom to choose interaction on his own terms; MADRA would cover all his medical costs.
