Phoebe is a sweet and sensitive girl who has been in care for a while. She has sensitive skin likely due to allergies to chicken and beef and is on special hypoallergenic food. Once she gets to know you she is a super cuddly girl who loves to relax but needs someone at home with her most of the time, especially at the start.
