Poppy is a sweet girl who came from the local pound and may have Tibetan Spaniel and Chihuahua in her mix. She is gaining confidence in her foster home but might do better with another doggy friend. She needs a secure garden, someone home during the day, a quiet rural adult-only home and time to decompress.
